Certified Talent Director (CTD™)

The professional credential for creator talent management.

What Is the CTD™?

The Certified Talent Director (CTD™) is a professional credential issued by The National Talent Board™ to individuals who have demonstrated competency across the six domains of creator talent management.

The CTD™ is not awarded for course completion alone. Candidates must complete an approved preparation program, pass three phase-gate assessments, complete a real-world capstone demonstration, and agree to a binding code of professional ethics.

Every CTD™ credential is numbered, tracked, and independently verifiable through The National Talent Board™’s public verification database.
