The National Talent Board™ (“NTB,” “we,” “our”) respects the privacy of all visitors to nationaltalentboard.org and all participants in the CTD™ certification program.
Verification Searches. When visitors use our public verification tool, we process the search query to return results. Verification searches are not stored or logged.
Credential Holders. For individuals who earn the CTD™ credential, we collect and maintain the following information: full name, email address, credential number, date of issuance, expiration date, credential status, and professional information submitted during the certification process.
Website Visitors. We use standard web analytics to understand site traffic and improve our services. We do not use advertising trackers or retargeting pixels on nationaltalentboard.org.
Email Correspondence. When you contact us via email, we retain correspondence to respond to your inquiry and maintain records as needed.
Public Verification Database. The following information about credential holders is publicly available through our verification tool: name, credential number, date of issuance, expiration date, and credential status. This public listing is a core function of professional credentialing and enables employers, creators, brands, and agencies to verify credentials independently.
No Sale of Personal Information. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties.
Contact Information. We do not share credential holders' email addresses, phone numbers, or other contact information through the public verification database.
Correction Requests. Credential holders may request correction of their information by contacting info@nationaltalentboard.org.
Public Listing. Inclusion in the public verification database is a condition of holding the CTD™ credential. The public verification listing cannot be opted out of while maintaining an active credential, as independent verifiability is a foundational requirement of professional credentialing.
