The National Talent Board ™ maintains a public verification database of all CTD™ credential holders. This database is updated in real time as credentials are issued, renewed, suspended, or revoked.

| Active | Current and in good standing |
| Inactive | Expired, not renewed |
| Suspended | Under review by Ethics & Compliance Committee |
| Revoked | Permanently revoked |
